we agree on.

Who can take part

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate profile information. Age and identity are self-declared and are not verified by Kithlane. Keep your sign-in secure and use only an account you are authorized to use.

Kithlane uses the shared Goalmatic Google sign-in. Kithlane is a separate product with its own product data and introduction choices. Read our Privacy policy before creating a profile.

Public search and optional public cards

Discovery search works without an account or AI. Search results may include organizer listings, curated resources, live places and people who separately opted to publish a public card. A public card contains only its reviewed name, headline, bio, city, controlled tags and professional or friendship purposes. Your private profile stays private by default. Dating and casual dating intentions and preferences are never public discovery or promotional data.

Publishing is a separate choice. Only publish content you are authorized to share, and understand that public content can be viewed or saved by anyone. You can unpublish a public card. Requesting an introduction through it records the requester's yes only. Current preferences must be compatible, and both people must accept before a private introduction opens.

Places and business searches do not require mutual acceptance. You can follow a source or organizer link directly. Google-supplied content remains attributed to Google Maps and is subject to Google Terms of Service, Google Maps terms and the Google Privacy Policy. Search queries and locations may be sent to Google for live places results.

Sources, listings and provider availability can change. We do not guarantee inventory, opening hours, availability, compatibility or the accuracy of third-party content.

One purpose does not imply another

Professional, Friends, Dating, Casual dating, Events and Communities each require a separate intention and explicit consent. Do not treat a professional or friendship introduction as permission for romantic or sexual contact.

Dating and casual dating are for consensual adult connections with honest expectations. Be clear about what you want. Respect another person's preferences, boundaries and decision to stop.

Introductions are always mutual

A proposal is anonymous until both people accept. Before accepting, you review the purpose, controlled shared interests, whether you are in the same city and any community anchor you both explicitly chose to share as a reason. By accepting, you authorize sharing your name, age, bio, city and the intention for that purpose if the other person also accepts.

Acceptance opens a conversation. It does not require either person to reply, meet, share contact details or continue. Your email is never automatically shared. You can pass, pause, leave, block or report.

Do not send unsolicited messages outside the purpose of the introduction or use another person's information to contact them elsewhere without permission.

How we treat each other

Do not harass, threaten, discriminate, impersonate others, misrepresent your age or intentions, distribute illegal material, seek financial information through deception, or share another person's private information without permission. Do not use Kithlane for spam, scraping or automated unsolicited outreach.

Only submit content you created or are authorized to share. You allow Kithlane to process and display that content for the choices you authorize, including introductions, conversations, listings and safety review. Do not provide someone else's private material to the intention assistant.

Your paths and feedback

Your Path Graph is built from recorded sources such as your own intentions and controlled topics, mutual introductions, and community anchors you choose to share. It is not a contact upload or scraped friend network. Only anchor a community you have a real connection to, and review the permission to share it as a possible reason for an introduction.

Connection feedback is private and records what was useful to you. Do not use it to submit harassment or false claims about another person. No claim of a global social network or learned model is made by the graph diagram.

Optional AI assistance

You can complete the intention form yourself. When you choose the assistant, Google Vertex AI processes your own intake text and relevant history to suggest a draft. Review every detail before saving. Suggestions are not a guarantee of accuracy, compatibility or safety.

Events and communities

Submit a listing only if you organize the event or community, or have the organizer's permission. Keep descriptions, dates, links and any expectations accurate. You can remove your own listing.

Member listings are not Kithlane endorsements. External organizers manage their own activities, prices and websites. Assess an organizer and its terms before attending or sharing information.

Safety and moderation

Use the report control on an introduction, proposal or listing for a safety concern, including suspected underage participation. Authorized moderators may review the concern and relevant restricted context, remove a listing or suspend an account.

Kithlane cannot guarantee another person's identity, conduct, compatibility or availability. Use your judgment about what you share and where you meet. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Reports are not monitored as an emergency service.

Labeled promotions and growth drafts

Promotions are visibly labeled Sponsored or From Goalmatic in a separate lane. They do not alter organic search ranking and may use only coarse city and category configuration. Private intentions, dating preferences and sensitive member information are not promotion targeting.

Administrative growth tools prepare campaign drafts, reviews and exports only. A draft or export is not authorization to send outreach, publish a social post, open provider accounts or buy advertising. Any future delivery or spending requires separate authorization with the relevant accounts, audience and budget.

A free private beta

There is no charge during the current beta. Paid subscriptions and voice features are not available. The service may change or be interrupted, and introductions are not guaranteed. A quiet beta may have no compatible members for a particular intention.

We will present any future payment terms before you choose a paid service. Creating an account now does not authorize a future charge.

Leaving and changes

You can pause new introductions, remove an intention, close an introduction or delete your Kithlane account in Account & privacy. Deleting Kithlane product data does not delete your shared Goalmatic sign-in. The Privacy policy explains deletion and limited safety records.

These terms apply to the current beta. Review this page when terms change. Any new purpose or material sharing choice requires the consent applicable to that choice.
